• When you purchase or download LUTs or Presets from FilmGradePro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the product for your personal or professional creative projects.

• Each license is valid for use on up to two computers owned by you.

• You may use our LUTs and Presets to create an unlimited number of visual projects, including films, videos, and photos.

• You are allowed to sell or distribute your finished works (End Products) created using our LUTs and Presets, provided the LUT or Preset files themselves are not included in the End Product.

2. Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any LUTs or Presets purchased or downloaded from FilmGradePro, either in original or modified form.

• You may not incorporate or embed our LUTs or Presets in any product, template, or package intended for resale or distribution, whether for free or for a fee.

• You may not claim ownership or authorship of the LUTs or Presets provided by FilmGradePro.

• If you wish to refer others to our LUTs or Presets, you may link to the FilmGradePro website, but you may not distribute the files directly3.

3. Intellectual Property

• All LUTs, Presets, and related materials on FilmGradePro are the intellectual property of FilmGradePro and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

• Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your license and legal action.

4. Termination

• Your license to use our LUTs and Presets will be terminated automatically if you breach any of these Terms of Use.

• Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete all LUTs and Presets obtained from FilmGradePro from your devices.

5. Modifications to Terms

• FilmGradePro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Disclaimer

• FilmGradePro provides LUTs and Presets "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with all software or hardware platforms.
