Due to the digital nature of our LUTs and Presets, all sales on FilmGradePro are generally final and non-refundable once your order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. However, we understand that technical issues or compatibility problems can arise. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using our products as described, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Technical compatibility issues that cannot be resolved
The product does not perform as advertised or has significant performance issues with supported software
To request a refund, email us at support@filmgradepro.com within 7 days of your purchase. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind or mistaken purchases
Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase cannot be accepted
Upon approval of a refund, you must delete all copies of the product from your devices
